Terms of Service

A submitted paid request is an inquiry until it is reviewed, accepted, scoped, and priced. The applicable quotation defines quantity, fields, price, currency, payment schedule, ETA, and delivery conditions.

An eligible customer may receive one free sample. Submission reserves that entitlement; delivery consumes it. Future requests are paid or custom requests unless an authorized administrator restores a rejected or invalid reservation.

Paid production begins only after quotation approval and confirmation of the required advance payment. Final files remain locked until required final payment and release approval are confirmed.

We apply the agreed verification criteria and disclose the actual verified deliverable count. We do not guarantee conversions, revenue, responses, or unrestricted permission to contact any person.

Customers are responsible for using delivered data in accordance with applicable privacy, marketing, anti-spam, and industry rules. Access credentials and download links must not be shared without authorization.
