This notice explains the operational principles used when Smart Market Intel processes customer instructions, source data, uploaded files, and delivery records.
Documented instructions
Processing is based on the targeting, field, geography, quantity, verification, exclusion, and delivery requirements recorded for the request. Historical request snapshots are preserved when global defaults change.
Data minimization and quality
Only fields relevant to the approved request should be collected. Records are checked against the agreed criteria, and uncertain or unavailable values are not fabricated.
Access and confidentiality
Customer and staff views remain separated. Uploaded examples and delivery files are private and must be released through authorized workflows. Access and sensitive changes should be audited.
Subprocessors and transfers
Hosting, email, WhatsApp, payments, storage, analytics, and security providers may process limited information required to deliver their services. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards should be configured before production use.
Deletion and return
Deletion and return requests are handled according to contractual, security, backup, financial, and legal obligations. Production retention periods should be documented in the customer agreement.
